【摘要】 目的 探讨综合医院护患心理健康服务体系构建及临床实践效果。方法 于2020年3月采用问卷调查、半结构化访谈和专家会议法构建综合医院护患心理健康服务体系；于2020年8月开展心理健康服务体系临床实践，包括驱动护患双轮心理健康服务模式、实施心理援助与心理危机干预、搭建互联网+心理健康服务平台、进行心理健康服务质量控制等；采用Excel 2019和SPSS 26.0软件进行数据整理和统计分析。结果 开展临床实践以来全院培训心理联络员114名，认证心理专科护士56名；2020年较2019年护士满意度上升了5.87%，离职率降低了0.44%；患者满意度上升了6.55%；心理会诊及危机干预100余人次；心理护理落实达标率提升了31.12%。结论 综合医院护患心理健康服务体系能有效维护护士和患者心理健康，进一步提升护理人员心理健康服务能力，改善心理服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the construction of nurse-patient mental health service system and clinical practice effect in general hospital.Methods In March 2020,the nurse-patient mental health service system of general hospital was constructed by questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and expert meeting.In August 2020,the clinical practice of mental health service system was carried out,including driving the nurse-patient double-wheel mental health service model,implementing psychological assistance and psychological crisis intervention,building the Internet+mental health service platform,and carrying out quality control of mental health services;Excel 2019 and SPSS 26.0 software were used for data collation and statistical analysis.Results Since the clinical practice,the hospital has trained 114 psychological liaison officers and 56 certified psychological nurses;in 2020,compared with 2019,nurses’ satisfaction increased by 5.87% and turnover rate decreased by 0.44%;patient satisfaction increased by 6.55%;more than 100 times of psychological consultation and crisis intervention;the rate of psychological nursing up to the standard increased by 31.12%.Conclusion The nurse-patient mental health service system of general hospitals can effectively maintain the mental health of nurses and patients,further improve the mental health service ability of nurses,improve the quality of psychological service.更多还原
