【摘要】 目的 了解齐齐哈尔地区慢性酒精依赖患者的认知功能现状，并分析其影响因素。方法 选取2021年5月～2021年9月于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第四医院、齐齐哈尔市精神卫生中心门诊及住院部进行治疗的148名慢性酒精依赖患者，采用一般资料调查量表、简明智力状态量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、社会支持评定量表对患者进行调查，采用单因素分析、相关性分析和多元线性逐步回归模型分析其影响因素。结果 酒精依赖患者认知功能平均得分为19.86±5.89。多元线性回归分析结果显示抑郁情绪、住院次数、社会支持总分及客观支持维度是酒精依赖患者认知功能的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 齐齐哈尔地区酒精依赖患者普遍存在认知功能障碍，其认知功能受抑郁情绪、住院次数、社会支持的影响。在今后的治疗过程中应对酒精依赖患者的抑郁情绪给予关注，并为患者提供相关的社会支持，帮助患者早日康复回归社会及家庭。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of cognitive function of patients with chronic alcohol dependence in Qiqihar and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 148 patients with chronic alcohol dependence were selected from the fourth affiliated hospital of Qiqihar Medical College and the Mental Health Center of Qiqihar city from May 2021 to September 2021.The patients were investigated with the general data survey scale,mini-mental state examination,Hamilton depression scale,and social support rating scale.Univariate analysis,correlation analysis,and multiple linear stepwise regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The average score of cognitive function of patients with alcohol dependence was 19.86±5.89.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that depression,number of hospitalization,dimension of objective support,and total score of social support were the influencing factors of cognitive function of patients with alcohol dependence (P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive impairment is common in patients with alcohol dependence in the Qiqihar area,and their cognitive function is affected by depression,hospitalization times,and social support.In the future treatment process,attention should be paid to the depression of patients with alcohol dependence,and relevant social support should be provided for patients,so as to help patients recover and return to society and family as soonas possible.更多还原
