【摘要】 目的 针对慢性乙型肝炎患者接受个性化心理护理的临床效果实施分析与研究。方法 以2020年1月～2021年4月本院收治的66例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象，按随机抽签的原则均等分为常规组33例、观察组33例，分别施以常规护理、常规护理联合个性化心理护理。比较两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、遵医行为、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评分及护理满意度。正态计量资料采用 t 检验，计数资料采用 x~2 检验。结果 护理前，两组SAS评分、SDS评分、遵医行为评分、MCMQ评分无显著差异(P>0.05)；护理后，观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、遵医行为评分、MCMQ评分均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。与常规组护理总满意度统计结果相比，观察组显著更高(P<0.05)。结论 使用个性化心理护理对慢性乙型肝炎患者展开临床干预，可有效降低其负性情绪，提升遵医行为，改善应对方式，因此患者满意度更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of personalized psychological nursing for patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of random drawing,they were equally divided into a routine group of 33 cases and an observation group of 33 cases,and received routine care,routine care combined with individualized psychological care.The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score,medical compliance behavior,medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Normal measurement data were tested by t test;count data were tested by x~2.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS,medical compliance behavior and MCMQ score between the two groups (P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS score,medical compliance behavior score and MCMQ score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the routine group (P<0.05).Compared with the statistical results of total nursing satisfaction in the routine group,the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion using personalized psychological nursing to carry out clinical intervention on patients with chronic hepatitis B can effectively reduce their negative emotions,improve medical compliance behavior and improve coping style.Therefore,patients have higher satisfaction.更多还原
