【摘要】 目的 探究对肿瘤内科患者行心理护理的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月～2022年2月入院的肿瘤患者为研究对象，共计118例，借助随机数字表法将其分为参照组与实验组，每组59例。参照组实施常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预。比较组间护理依从性、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疼痛程度、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、生活质量评分。正态计量资料采用 t 检验，计数资料采用 x~2 检验。结果 实验组的护理依从性显著高于参照组，存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组的SAS、SDS、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分差异不显著(P>0.05)；护理后实验组各评分均低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前，两组患者CD-RISC各指标评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05)；护理后，实验组评分均显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组的生活质量各项评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05)；护理后，实验组整体生活质量、功能评分显著高于参照组，症状、单项测量评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在肿瘤内科患者中应用心理护理之后，可减轻患者的癌痛情况，疏导患者不良情绪，增强心理弹性，提升生活质量与护理依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing on medical oncology patients.Methods A total of 118 tumor patients who were admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group by random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Nursing compliance,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS),pain level,Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and quality of life were compared between groups.For normal measurement data,the t test was used,and for count data,the x~2 test was used.Results The nursing compliance in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).Before nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and visual analogue scale (VAS) between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05);the scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in CD-RISC scores between the two groups (P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between two groups (P>0.05);after nursing,the overall quality of life and function scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,The symptom and individual measurement scores were significantly lower than those of the experimental group (P<0.05).Conclusion After the application of psychological nursing in patients with medical oncology,it can alleviate the patient’s cancer pain,channel the patient’s bad mood,enhance psychological elasticity,and improve the quality of life and nursing compliance.更多还原
