【摘要】 目的 分析心理护理对高龄产妇的应用效果。方法 随机数字法将2021年1月～2021年7月纳入的高龄产妇80例作为观察对象，随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组，各40例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组施以心理护理干预，统计两组产妇剖宫产率、产程时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度。正态计量资料采用 t 检验，计数资料采用 x~2 检验。结果 在剖宫产率对比中，观察组剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者各产程时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；在负面心理指标对比中，护理前两组SAS和SDS评分对比无统计学意义，护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 高龄产妇对于分娩具有心理负担，通过心理护理有利于降低剖宫产率，使产妇产程缩短，改善产妇负面情绪，提高护理满意度，使产妇积极面对分娩，提升分娩质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of psychological care on the application of advanced maternal age.Methods Random number method 80 cases of advanced maternal age included from January 2021 to July 2021 were used as observation subjects,and random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each,the control group took conventional care and the observation group administered psychological care intervention,and the cesarean delivery rate,delivery time,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score,and nursing care were counted in both groups.satisfaction.The t-test was used for normal measures,and the x~2 test was used for count data.Results In the comparison of cesarean delivery rate,the cesarean delivery rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the duration of each labor process in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);in the comparison of negative psychological indicators,the comparison of SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before care was not statistically significant,and SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after care (P<0.05);the observation group The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Advanced maternal age has psychological burden for delivery,through psychological care is conducive to reduce the rate of cesarean delivery,shorten the labor process,improve the negative emotion of the mother,improve the satisfaction of care,make the mother face the delivery positively,and improve the quality of delivery.更多还原
