【摘要】 目的 观察预防性压疮护理在老年重症患者中的应用效果。方法 用电脑随机法将2019年2月～2021年6月本院收治的60例老年重症患者随机分入对照组及观察组，每组30例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施预防性压疮护理，对比两组患者的护理效果相关观察指标、压疮发生情况、治疗依从率及护理满意度。正态计量资料以 t 检验；计数资料以 x~2 检验。结果 观察组患者护理后的生理问题评分(91.97±10.26)、心理焦虑评分(90.12±6.48)、信任感评分(94.68±4.58)显著高于对照组(70.25±2.62、65.46±1.58、72.25±3.68)；观察组住院时间(24.11±3.12 d)显著短于对照组(33.62±5.98 d)；观察组压疮发生率(3.33%)显著低于对照组(20.00%)；观察组治疗总依从率(90.00%)及护理总满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组(66.67%、73.33%)(P<0.05)。结论 对老年重症患者实施预防性压疮护理可显著降低压疮及其他并发症发生率，缩短患者住院时间并改善其心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of preventive pressure ulcer nursing in elderly patients with severe disease.Methods Using computer randomization method,60 elderly critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received preventive pressure ulcer nursing based on routine nursing.The nursing effect-related observation indicators,the occurrence of pressure ulcers,treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Normal measurement data were tested by t test;count data were tested by x~2.Results The scores of physiological problems (91.97±10.26),psychological anxiety (90.12±6.48) and trust (94.68±4.58) in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group (70.25±2.62,65.46±1.58,72.25±3.68);the hospital stay in the observation group (24.11±3.12 d) was significantly shorter than that in the control group (33.62±5.98 d);the incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group (3.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.00%);the total treatment compliance rate (90.00%) and the total nursing satisfaction (96.67%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (66.67%,73.33%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing preventive pressure ulcer care in elderly severe patients can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and other complications,shorten the hospital stay time of patients and improve their psychological state.更多还原
