【摘要】 目的 调查在2021年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情传播期间武汉市检验人员的心理状况，分析可能影响检验人员心理状态的相关因素。方法 采用网络问卷方式进行匿名调查，包括一般情况调查表、心理健康状况调查表、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)，共有527例检验人员参与调查。结果 在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间，大多数检验工作者存在心理障碍，其中焦虑、抑郁和失眠最多。参与研究的检验人员每日平均工作时间和每日平均睡眠时间分别为10.58 h和6.85 h。睡眠质量一般和良好的分别仅占23.91%和2.09%。检验人员总体幸福感得分与全国常模比较差异显著(P<0.05)；其中职称、学历、是否参加核酸检测是疫情期间新冠肺炎定点医院检验人员幸福感状况的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 面对在新冠肺炎疫情期间很多检验工作者都出现了不同程度的心理障碍的情况，我们应该予以重视并帮助检验人员通过正确的途径和方式调节情绪，同时特殊检验人员(直接参与核酸检测)的心理健康问题更为突出，科室、医院、社会应当重视其心理健康问题并及时加以疏导、帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological status of the inspectors in Wuhan during the spread of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in 2021,and to analyze the relevant factors that may affect the psychological status of the inspectors.Methods An anonymous survey was conducted by using Internet questionnaire,including general condition questionnaire,mental health status questionnaire,general well-being schedule (GWB) and symptom check list 90 (SCL-90).A total of 527 surveyors participated in the survey.Results During the COVID-19 outbreak,most test workers had psychological disorders,among which anxiety,depression and insomnia were the most.The study participants worked an average of 10.58 hours a day and slept an average of 6.85 hours.The average and good sleep quality only accounted for 23.91% and 2.09% respectively.There was significant difference between the overall well-being score and the national norm (P<0.05);among them,professional title,educational background and whether to participate in nucleic acid testing were the main influencing factors for the well-being of testers in COVID-19 designated hospitals during the epidemic period (P<0.05).Conclusion In the face of the COVID-19 epidemic,many test workers have psychological disorders of different degrees.We should pay attention to and help test workers to regulate their emotions in the right way.Meanwhile,the mental health problems of special test workers (who are directly involved in nucleic acid testing) are more prominent.Departments,hospitals and the society should pay attention to their mental health problems and provide timely guidance and help.更多还原
