【摘要】 目的 探讨白内障患者实施个性化心理护理对其术后生活质量及心理状况的影响效果。方法 此次研究的观察样本为200例白内障患者，均于2019年5月～2021年5月在本院就诊并接受治疗。对患者进行随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。其中对照组实施常规护理，观察组联合实施个性化心理护理。比较两组护理效果，行 t 检验。结果 护理前，两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)情况基本相当(P>0.05)；护理后，对照组的SAS、SDS评分均显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。护理前，两组生活质量各项指标评分均无显著差异(均P>0.05)；护理后，观察组生活质量各项指标评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 个性化心理护理的实施可以更好地提高白内障患者的术后生活质量，缓解其不良的心理状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of personalized psychological care for cataract patients on their postoperative quality of life and psychological status.Methods The observation samples of this study included 200 cataract patients,all of whom were treated and treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 100 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was jointly given personalized psychological care.To compare the nursing effects of the two groups,t test was performed.Results Before nursing,the two groups of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were basically the same (P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group (P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of various indicators of the quality of life between the two groups (all P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of various indicators of the quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized psychological care can better improve the postoperative quality of life of cataract patients and alleviate their unhealthy psychological conditions.更多还原
