【摘要】 以化妆品新法规的颁布为背景，探讨了在新的形势下，如何通过“化妆品安全及功效评价”市级重点课程的改革和创新来培养现阶段化妆品领域急需的化妆品安全及功效评价人才。文章从课程教学大纲和课程内容的调整、多元化教学方法的融合、校企合作打造课程教学团队和实习基地、科研与教学的互相融合和促进以及课内外联合培养模式对学生工程能力的培养等几方面进行探讨和尝试。最终希望培养出与企业需求相契合的卓越工程师人才，同时提高本门课程的行业和社会影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the promulgation of new regulations on cosmetics, how to cultivate the urgently needed talents in the field of cosmetic safety and efficacy evaluation through the reform and innovation of the municipal key course of Cosmetics Safety and Effectiveness Evaluation was discussed. It was explored including the engineering capabilities of students through the adjustment of course syllabus and course content, the integration of diversified teaching methods, school-enterprise cooperation to build a course teaching team and practice base, the integration and promotion of scientific research and teaching, and in-class and extra-curricular joint training model. Finally, we hope to cultivate outstanding engineers who are in line with the needs of the enterprise, and improve the industry and social influence of this course.更多还原
