【摘要】 以竹黄水提液、烟酰胺、维生素C乙基醚为主要活性成分研制出多功效的美白精华乳，对其感官、理化性能和美白、抗氧化、抗糖化、抗炎性能进行了研究，并通过人体测试和问卷调查评价了产品功效。该产品性能稳定，对DPPH·清除率和酪氨酸酶抑制率分别为68.93%和65.79%，对蛋白质非酶糖基化中期和末期产物抑制率分别为45.61%和76.80%。志愿者使用精华乳90 d后，肌肤光泽度、亮白度、水分含量均有提升，黑色素明显降低，皮肤白皙有光泽。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water extract of tabaxir, nicotinamide and vitamin C ethyl ether were used as the main active ingredients to develop a kind of whitening essence lotion with functional effects, and its sensory physicochemical properties, whitening,anti-oxidation, anti-saccharification and anti-inflammatory properties were studied. The efficacy of the product was evaluated through human testing and questionnaire surveys. The results showed that the performance of the lotion was stable, its DPPH· clearance rate was 68.93%, its tyrosinase inhibition rate was 65.79%, and its inhibition rates of intermediate and terminal products of protein non-enzymatic glycosylation were 45.61% and 76.80%, respectively. Volunteers who used the essence lotion for 90 d had improved skin gloss, whiteness, and moisture content, and their skins were fair and shiny with a significant reduction in melanin.更多还原
