【摘要】 为增进对不安全依恋影响学业拖延的作用机制的理解，考察了不安全依恋对学业拖延的影响，以及完美主义和反刍思维的中介作用，为干预大学生学业拖延行为提供实证支持。采用亲密关系经历量表、Frost多维完美主义量表、反刍思维量表、学业拖延量表对522名大学生被试进行问卷调查，结果表明：不安全依恋对学业拖延具有正向预测作用，这种作用主要通过反刍思维的单独中介效应和完美主义——反刍思维的链式中介效应这两条途径来实现。解释了不安全依恋与学业拖延的关系及其内在机制，丰富了完美主义和反刍思维的相关研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of the present study was to improve the understanding of the mechanism of insecure attachment influencing academic procrastination and provide empirical support for the intervention of academic procrastination among college students. This study explored the relationship between insecure attachment and academic procrastination, and the chain mediating mechanism of perfectionism and rumination. A sample of 522 college students was recruited to complete Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory, Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, Ruminative Responses Scale, and the Academic Procrastination Scale. The results indicated that insecure attachment had a positive predictive effect on academic procrastination, which was mainly realized by the single mediating effect of rumination and the chain mediating effect of perfectionism-rumination. This study explained the relationship between insecure attachment and academic procrastination and its internal mechanism, enriching the research on perfectionism and rumination.更多还原
