前列腺特异抗原、肿瘤坏死因子-α、睾酮在前列腺癌早期诊断中的价值
The value of prostate specific antigen, tumor necrosis factor-α and testosterone in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer
【摘要】 目的 探讨前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、睾酮在前列腺癌(PCa)早期诊断中的价值。方法 前瞻性选取2019年1月至2020年12月湖州市第一人民医院接收的120例前列腺病变患者作为研究对象,根据病理结果将其分为PCa组(n=22)和良性前列腺病变组(n=98)。所有患者入院后均行血清PSA、TNF-α、睾酮检测,分析血清PSA、TNF-α及睾酮对PCa的早期诊断价值。结果 PCa组血清PSA、TNF-α水平均高于良性前列腺病变组,血清睾酮水平低于良性前列腺病变组(P<0.05);绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线结果显示,血清PSA、TNF-α、睾酮单独及联合预测PCa发生风险的曲线下面积(AUC)均>0.80,预测价值较理想,且以联合预测价值最佳。结论 血清PSA、TNF-α及睾酮对PCa早期诊断有一定价值,其可为临床诊疗措施的制定提供依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of prostate specific antigen(PSA), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and testosterone in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer(PCa). Methods A total of 120 patients with prostatic lesions admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Huzhou from January 2019 to December 2020 were prospectively selected as research objects and divided into PCa group(n=22) and benign prostatic disease group(n=98) according to pathological results. Serum PSA, TNF-α and testosterone were detected in all patients after admission, and the value of serum PSA, TNF-α and testosterone in the early diagnosis of PCa was analyzed. Results The levels of serum PSA and TNF-α in PCa group were higher than those in benign prostatic disease group, and the levels of serum testosterone in PCa group were lower than those in benign prostatic disease group(P<0.05). Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve showed that the area under curve(AUC) of serum PSA, TNF-α and testosterone alone and combined to predict the risk of PCa were all >0.80, the predictive value is relatively ideal, and the combined value was the best. Conclusions Serum PSA, TNF-α and testosterone levels have a certain value for the early diagnosis of PCa, and can provide a basis for the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment measures.
