【摘要】 目的 采用Meta分析探讨女性不孕症患者病耻感的相关因素，为病耻感干预方式的选择提供依据。方法 检索EMbase、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL Complete、The Cochrane Library、CNKI、CBM、WanFang Data和VIP数据库，检索时间均从建库至2020年12月，对文献进行严格筛选、资料提取及偏倚风险评估后，应用R 4.0.2软件进行数据合并Meta分析。结果 共纳入16个研究，包含4 159例女性不孕症患者。Meta分析结果显示：病耻感与自我评判[r=0.77,95%CI(0.66,0.87)]、生活质量[r=-0.76,95%CI(-0.82,-0.69)]、抑郁[r=0.70,95%CI(0.48,0.93)]、生育相关压力[r=0.66,95%CI(0.47,0.85)]之间存在强相关；与社会支持[r=-0.39,95%CI(-0.46,-0.31)]、不孕时间[r=0.31,95%CI(0.01,0.61)]、焦虑[r=0.29,95%CI(0.03,0.55)]之间存在弱相关；与夫妻关系之间存在极弱相关[r=-0.11,95%CI(-0.20,-0.03)]。结论 与女性不孕症患者病耻感相关的因素较多，可采取多种措施降低患者病耻感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Meta-analysis the correlates of stigma in female infertility patients and provide evidence for the selection of stigma intervention methods. Methods We searched EMbase, PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL Complete, The Cochrane Library, CNKI,CBM,WanFang Data and VIP databases to collect studies on correlates of stigma in female infertility patients from inception to December 2020. After strict screening, data extraction and bias risk assessment of studies, Meta-analysis was performed by using R4.0.2 software. Results A total of 16 studies involving 4,159 cases were included. Meta-analysis results showed that there was a strong correlation between stigma and self-judgment [r=0.77,95%CI(0.66,0.87)],quality of life[ r=-0.76,95%CI(-0.82,-0.69)],depression [r=0.70,95%CI(0.48,0.93)],infertility-related stress [r=0.66,95%CI(0.47,0.85)].There was a weak correlation with social support [r=-0.39,95%CI(-0.46,-0.31)],infertility time [r=0.31,95%CI(0.01,0.61)],anxiety[r=0.29,95%CI(0.03,0.55)].There was a very weak correlation with the relationship between marital relationship [r=-0.11,95%CI(-0.20,-0.03)].
