【摘要】 目的 探讨老年专科护士胜任力要求。方法 选取护理服务对象、老年科护士和老年护理专家3个群体为研究对象，根据人群特点，分别采用叙事访谈法、行为事件访谈法和半结构式访谈法进行访谈，现场录音并笔录，采用Nvivo11.0软件对访谈资料进行转录、编码和分析。结果 通过对访谈资料整理分析，提取了9个一级主题，23个二级主题。其中一级主题包括专业知识技能、整体护理、安全管理、沟通能力、教育和咨询、合作能力、科研能力、法律和伦理实践及专业态度。结论 老年专科护士胜任力的质性研究有助于明确老年专科护士的能力要求，促进老年护理领域临床实践、教育教学和科学研究的发展，同时有助于凸显老年护理的专科性，促进专业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the competencies of gerontological nurses in China. Method Three groups were interviewed in the health care settings: the elderly or their caregivers, the senior gerontological nurses and the managers or educators in gerontological nursing in order to gather diverse information from different perspectives. Different methods were used in the process of qualitative research according to different groups of role characteristics: narrative interviews to the patients or their caregivers, behavioral event interviews to the nurses, and semi-structured interviews to the the managers or educators. QSR Nvivo 11.0 software was used to carry out the transcription,coding and analysis of the interview data. Results The interview materials results in 23 competency items were classified into nine domains: professional knowledge and skills, holistic nursing, safety management, communicative competence, teaching and consulting,collaborative ability, research ability, legal and ethical practice, and aptitude. Each domain is consisted of one to four competency items.Conclusion The qualitative research yields the competencies of gerontological nurses which may help to promote future care, education and research in gerontological nursing. The study of competencies can assist gerontological nurses to maintain and ameliorate their practice by recognizing their specialty and bring the gerontological nursing to further development.更多还原
