【Abstract】 The air pocketing of the outer tire is one of the frequent quality defects of the finished vulcanized products.In this paper,we analyze the causes of air pocketing from the characteristics of different parts of the outer tire,workpiece,process and operation,and formulate the corresponding preventive measures.It is believed that as long as careful production,fine processing,strengthening process management and strict implementation of technical standards,the phenomenon of air pocketing can be reduced or eliminated.更多还原
