数字教材阅读中回看行为与学习效果的关系

【摘要】 回看是一种有效的学习策略,数字教材中弱交互的导航降低了回看对学习效果的提升。基于此,文章对参加数字教材阅读选修课的102名大学生的学习行为日志进行分析,结果发现:学习者在数字教材阅读的回看行为具有高频、跨度大的特点;回看行为网络图能可视化呈现数字教材的重、难点;回看组比普通组的回看行为更多且回看过程中添加了更多的书签和备忘录,取得的学习效果更好;学习者的先前知识水平和回看时添加笔记总频次对学习成绩影响很大。文章对数字教材阅读中回看行为与学习效果关系的研究,有助于理解学习者的回看行为特征,并可用于优化设计数字教材的智能导航功能,从而推动数字教材朝着智能化方向发展。

【Abstract】 Backtracking is an effective learning strategy, and the weak interaction navigation in digital textbooks reduces the improvement of backtracking on the learning effect. Based on this, the learning behavior logs of 102 college students who participated in the elective course of digital textbook reading were analyzed. The results showed that learners’ backtracking behavior in digital textbook reading had the characteristics of high frequency and large span.Meanwhile, the backtracking behavior network diagram could visually present the key points and difficult points of digital teaching materials. Compared with the ordinary group, the backtrackers had more backtracking behaviors, added more bookmarkers and memos during the backtracking process, and obtained better learning effects. In addition, it was found that learners’ previous knowledge level and the total frequency of adding notes during the backtracking process had a great impact on academic performance. In this paper, the research on the relationship between backtracking behavior and the learning effect in digital book reading was helpful to understand learners’ backtracking behavior characteristics, and can be used to optimize the design of the intelligent navigation function of digital textbooks, so as to promote the development of digital textbooks into the direction of intelligence.
