【摘要】 随着智能技术的快速发展，如何更好地发挥其在教师教学中的作用受到了广泛关注。基于此，文章首先阐释了智能技术在优化课堂教学、助力个性化教学、创新教学模式、驱动精准教研、推动家校协同等方面对教师教学的赋能；之后，文章省视了智能技术之于教师的本体隐忧、思想隐忧、技术隐忧与实践隐忧，并对这四种隐忧的内涵及其产生的原因进行了分析；最后，文章提出教师隐忧的消解路径，即“一个教育理念的回归”“两个发展方向的平衡”“三大重要能力的提升”“四种教师角色的重塑”。文章从隐忧消解的视角，为教师的教育教学提供了方向性建议，可为智能技术和教育教学的深度融合提供理论和路径层面的指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of intelligent technology, how to better play its role in teachers’ teaching has attracted widespread attention. Based on this, this paper firstly expounded the empowerment of intelligent technology to teachers’ teaching in respects of optimizing classroom teaching, helping individualized teaching, innovating teaching mode, promoting precision teaching and scientific research, and promoting cooperation between families and schools.Subsequently, this paper examined the ontological, ideological, technical and practical hidden worries of intelligent technology to teachers, and analyzed the connotation and causes of the four teachers’ hidden worries. Finally, the eliminating paths to teachers’ hidden worries were proposed in this paper: “the return of an educational idea”, “the balance of two development directions”, “the promotion of three important abilities” and “the remolding of four teachers’ roles”. From the perspective of eliminating hidden worries, this paper provided directional suggestions for teachers’ education and teaching, and provided theoretical and path guidance for the deep integration of intelligent technology and teaching.更多还原
