创造力视角的跨课程写作教学:对商科课程的统计行动研究
Writing Across the Curriculum in Business Courses from the Perspective of Creativity Training:A Statistical Action Research
【摘要】 跨课程写作教学把写作嵌入大学专业课程,以写带学,促进深度学习。为提高跨课程写作教学的效果,引入创造力培养方法,从写作教学文献和创造力培养文献共享的效能感—绩效关系出发,在典型商科课程中实施了统计行动研究。统计分析发现:跨课程写作能够校正并提高学生的写作自我效能感;一对一反馈能够显著提高写作绩效;且写作自我效能感和写作绩效之间能够形成正反馈。学生反思显示:跨课程写作促进了专业学习与思考。据此,从内容侧重、任务设计、教师投力、课程群建设等方面提出了教学策略建议。
【Abstract】 Writing instruction was embedded in professional courses by WAC(Writing Across the Curriculum)approach to realize writing to learn and promote deep learning. In order to improve WAC teaching,a statistical action research was implemented in a typical business course from the perspective of efficacy-performance relationship which was shared by writing instruction and creativity training scholarships. The research findings showed that WAC teaching can correct and improve students’ writing selfefficacy,one-on-one feedback can significantly improve writing performance,and positive feedback can be formed between writing self-efficacy and writing performance. Some suggestions on teaching strategies are put forward from the aspects of content emphasis,task design,teacher involvement and curriculum group construction.
