【摘要】 目的 了解昆明市2020年成人居民高血压的患病、知晓、治疗和控制现状，为高血压防治提供科学依据。方法 利用云南省2020年在昆明市开展的成人居民主要慢性病及其危险因素调查数据，采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法，抽取昆明市4个县区18岁及以上常住居民为样本，分析昆明市不同特征居民高血压的患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率、知晓治疗率和治疗控制率。结果共收集6 308份有效问卷，其中高血压患者2 358人，高血压患病率为37.4%,标化患病率为26.7%;高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率、知晓治疗率和治疗控制率分别为55.8%、50.3%、63.5%、90.1%和71.2%。男性、老年、大专以下学历、超重和肥胖、中心性肥胖人群的患病率较高，男性、中青年、大专以下学历、吸烟、饮酒、非肥胖人群的患病知晓率较低，吸烟和饮酒人群的知晓治疗率较低，中青年、大专以下学历、吸烟、饮酒、肥胖人群的治疗控制率较低。结论 昆明市成人居民的高血压患病率偏高，知晓率、治疗率和控制率不高，不同人群各率差异较大，需采取针对性措施开展干预工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence, awareness, treatment and control of hypertension among adult residents in Kunming in 2020 to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods Using the survey data of major chronic diseases and their risk factors of adult residents conducted in Kunming in 2020. Multistage cluster random sampling method was used. Residents aged 18 and over in four counties and districts of Kunming were selected as samples to analyze the prevalence, awareness, treatment, control, awareness and treatment control of hypertension among residents with different characteristics in Kunming. Results A total of 6 308 valid questionnaires were collected, including 2 358 patients with hypertension. The prevalence rate of hypertension was 37.4%, and the standardized prevalence rate was 26.7%. The awareness rate, treatment rate, control rate, awareness and treatment rate and treatment control rate of hypertension were 55.8%, 50.3%, 63.5%, 90.1% and 71.2% respectively. The prevalence rates of hypertension among men, the elderly, people with college education or below, overweight, obesity and central obesity were relatively higher. The awareness rates of the prevalence among men, young and middle-aged people, people with college education or below, smoking, drinking and non obese people were relatively lower. The awareness rates of treatment among smoking and drinking people were relatively low. The treatment control rates among young and middle-aged people, people with college education or below, smoking, drinking and obesity were relatively lower. Conclusions The prevalence rate of hypertension among adult residents in Kunming is relatively high, and intervention measures need to be taken in different cities.更多还原
