【Abstract】 Innovative cities are a new trend in urban development and an important pathway to accelerate the transformation of urban development mode and promote new urbanization. Urban governance innovation is a core element in innovative city construction and guarantees the advancement of innovative city construction. With the emergence of information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, blockchain and artificial intelligence, intelligentization has become an important direction to promote urban governance innovation and realize urban governance modernization. There are three aspects in the intelligent urban governance model:(1) intelligent monitoring and identification of social problems based on the digital twin system,(2) accurate analysis and deduction of social problems based on the knowledge base model, and(3) real-time evaluation and dynamic feedback of urban governance based on multi-source data fusion. The realization of intelligent urban governance requires simultaneous efforts from three aspects: technology, organization, and system. In particular, the intelligent technology support system needs to be improved, the urban organization and management system need to be optimized, and the governance system guarantee mechanism needs to be improved.
