转向桥铸件典型铸造缺陷分析及防止措施

【摘要】 介绍了转向桥铸件的结构及原生产工艺,针对产生的砂眼、粘砂问题,利用铸型激光自动标识系统,使每个铸件均有唯一可追溯标识,同时对生产过程的工艺参数进行汇总分析,查找生产中的工艺参数异常点,通过优化浇注系统和生产过程参数,解决了铸造转向桥砂眼和粘砂缺陷。最后指出:通过使用制造过程大数据平台,对过程参数进行全流程的监测和预警,可及时找到问题的成因,采取有效措施,减少工艺参数的波动,提高铸件质量的稳定性。

【Abstract】 The structure and original production method and process of the steering bridge casting were introduced. In order to solve the sand inclusion,burning-on defects,by using mould laser automatic identification system,gave each casting a unique traceable identification,at the same time,the process parameters of the production process were summarized and analyzed,find the process parameter anomaly point in the production,the sand inclusion and burning-on defects were solved by optimizing the gating system and production process parameters. Finally,it was pointed out:by using the manufacturing process big data platform to monitor and warn the whole process parameters,the reasons causing the problems could be found in time,and effective measures could be taken to reduce the fluctuation of the process parameters and improve the stability of the casting quality.
