【摘要】 目的 促进医院麻醉、第一类精神药品规范化和信息化管理，提高药品使用的安全性、合理性和可溯源性。方法 利用Delphi编程语言和SQL SEVER数据库服务器构建麻醉、第一类精神药品信息化管理系统，实现对麻醉、第一类精神药品“进出存”、处方的调配、审核、发药、专用账册登记、回收等各环节的信息化管理。结果 系统完善了麻醉、第一类精神药品各个环节的管理，优化了操作步骤，数据准确可靠，提高了管理质量和工作效率，促使医院麻醉、第一类精神药品的申领、入库、使用、实时盘点对账、交接班、专册登记、专用账册均实现信息化管理。结论 医院开发的麻醉、第一类精神药品信息化管理系统是较为实用的药品管理软件，可促进麻醉、第一类精神药品的安全、规范化管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the standardized management of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic substances. Methods Delphi programming language and Microsoft SQL Server were applied to develop the information system, in order to improve the informatization level of the processes of invoicing, prescription dispensing, prescription review and drug recovery etc. Results The information system improves and simplifies the whole management processes of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic substances, and greatly promotes the management quality and efficiency of these special-controlled drugs. Conclusion The information system we newly developed is a relatively practical and useful tool which can greatly promote the safety management of narcotic drugs and first-class psychotropic substances.更多还原
