【摘要】 目的 通过大型医疗设备的成本效益分析，为设备配置提供指导思路，提高设备使用效率，为医疗服务定价策略提供思考，进一步改进医疗服务自主定价方法。方法 研究并构建大型医疗设备成本效益分析指标，实现成本效益分析功能模块信息化，通过信息系统提取医疗设备成本效益分析数据加以分析。结果 通过系统导出的大型医疗设备成本效益数据、功能使用效益数据分析，可制定出设备及功能配置的指导思路，为医疗服务定价策略提供参考。结论 实践证明，通过探索成本效益分析方法，可以促进大型医疗设备的精细化管理，有效提升医院管理品质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide guidance for equipment configuration, improve equipment efficiency and medical service pricing strategy through cost-benefit analysis of large medical equipment, and further improve the independent pricing method of medical service. Methods The cost-benefit analysis index model of large-scale medical equipment was studied and constructed to realize the informatization of cost-benefit analysis function. The cost-benefit analysis data of medical equipment was extracted and analyzed by information system. Results By analyzing the cost benefit data and function benefit data of large medical equipment derived from the system, the guiding ideas of equipment and function configuration can be worked out, which can provide reference for medical service pricing strategy. Conclusion The practice proves that the method of cost-benefit analysis can promote the fine management of large-scale medical equipment and effectively improve the quality of hospital management.更多还原
