【Abstract】 As the main implementer of the Diagnosis-Intervention Packet(DIP), medical institutions should seize the opportunity to advance the DIP necessary supporting measures and achieve high-quality development. This article analyzes the key points such as the DIP policy, the mechanism of intensifying the management based on the DIP in medical institutions and the management strategies adopted by a public medical institutions in response to DIP, providing reference for medical institutions to implement the DIP. The management strategy based on DIP covers development program, organizational structure, forming a closed loop of DIP promotion, standardizing diagnosis and treatment, improving the quality of medical records, strengthening information construction and other aspects.更多还原
