【摘要】 研究生教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分和最高层次，在国家提出“建设创新型国家”背景下，医学研究生教育肩负着把医学研究生培养成高素质创新型医学人才的重要使命。高校作为坚持党领导的坚强阵地，研究生党建工作应该与人才培养工作深度融合，发挥促进研究生科研创新能力培养的积极作用。本文介绍中山大学附属第一医院在调研基础上，根据新形势下研究生思想政治教育的特点和规律，探索党建工作与学科育人深度融合，促进医学研究生科研创新能力提升的工作路径。以高质量党建引领卓越医学研究生教育，为党建工作促进高素质创新型医学人才的培养提供路径参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Postgraduate education is an important part and the highest level of China’s education system. In the context of “building an innovative country” proposed by the state, medical graduate education shoulders the important mission of cultivating medical graduate students into high-quality and innovative medical talents. Firmly supporting the party’s leadership, colleges and universities should deeply integrate party construction of postgraduates with the training of talents to play a positive role in promoting the cultivation of postgraduates’ ability of scientific research and innovation. Based on investigations and the characteristics and laws of postgraduate ideological and political education under the new situations, this paper introduced the paths of promoting medical postgraduate’s ability of scientific research and innovation with the deep integration of research on Party construction and discipline education in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Building excellent medical postgraduate education with high-quality party construction, the paper provided reference for party construction in the cultivation of high-quality and innovative medical talents.更多还原
