【摘要】 党的十九大报告明确提出实施健康中国战略，通过深化医药卫生体系改革等系列措施，为人民群众提供全方位全周期健康服务。公立医院作为医改的主力军，只有毫不动摇地贯彻落实党的方针和政策，毫不动摇地坚持姓“公”，持之以恒地加强党的建设，才能切实承担起服务人民群众生命安全和身体健康的重大职业责任和社会责任。文章以公立医院强化党建工作的重要意义入手，系统梳理当前公立医院基层党建工作中存在的主要问题，以广东省人民医院协和中心党支部的党课实践举措为例，旨在以点带面，通过“小切口大提升”，为其他公立医院的提供参考和启发，进一步提升公立医院的基层党建工作水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the implementation of a healthy China strategy to provide the people with a comprehensive and full-cycle health services through a series of measures such as deepening the reform of the medical and health system. As the main force of medical reform,only by unswervingly implementing the Party’s principles and policies,adhering to the surname of“public”,and persevering in strengthening Party’s building,can public hospitals feasibly take on the professional and social responsibilities to serve the people with life security and physical health. This article will start with the importance of strengthening the Party’s building in public hospitals,systematically sort out the main problems existing in the current grassroots Party’s building work of public hospitals,and take the Party classes of the Xiehe Center party branch of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital as a practical example,to provide reference and inspiration for other public hospitals,and further improve the level of grass-roots party building work in public hospitals with“a small cut and a big lift”( a small improvement and a big promotion).更多还原
