【摘要】 目的 提出在大环境下开展新生儿科医疗设备预防性维护(preventive maintenance, PM)工作的重要性。方法 运用PM理念、分级管理、专项管理、循环改进等方法，对一些实际工作中的方法进行分析整理及案例解析，提出一套在新生儿科开展在用医疗设备预防性维护的建议。结果 规范设备管理，提高运转，故障维修时效提高一倍左右，专项管理设备故障发生率由50%降为21%,保障设备的效益最大化，降低患者被感染风险。结论 开展新生儿科医疗设备的预防性维护工作具有重要意义及实际价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper puts forward the importance of carrying out preventive maintenance of medical equipment in neonatal ward under the large environment. Methods By using the methods of PM concept, hierarchical management and cycle improvement, etc. Based on the analysis and case analysis of some practical methods, this paper puts forward a set of suggestions on preventive maintenance of medical equipment in use in neonatal ward. Results Standardizing medical equipment management, improving operation, maintenance time is doubled, failure rate of special management was reduced(50% → 21%), maximizes the benefit, reduce the risk of infection of patients. Conclusion Carrying out the preventive maintenance of medical equipment in neonatal ward is of great significance and practical value.更多还原
