高频呼吸机SLE 5000故障维修案例分析
Case analysis of high frequency ventilator SLE 5000 fault maintenance
【摘要】 简要介绍高频呼吸机SLE 5000的基本工作原理及结构特点,从参数设置的临床意义分析入手,在流量传感器故障、呼气末正压(Positive End-expiratory Pressure, PEEP)极微小误差故障进行故障原因分析,提高警惕,并作出相应的维修处理,以期提高设备的利用率,降低故障率,保障患者的使用安全。
【Abstract】 The basic working principle and structural characteristics of the high-frequency ventilator SLE 5000 are briefly introduced. Starting from the analysis of the clinical significance of parameter settings, the failure causes are analyzed in the case of flow sensor failure and positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP) extremely small error failure, so as to improve vigilance and Make corresponding maintenance treatment in order to improve the utilization rate of equipment, reduce the failure rate, and ensure the safety of patients.
