【摘要】 [目的/意义]分析信息环境对于高效开发利用开源情报及其产品的影响,为开源情报产品在各个领域更好地发挥作用提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]对国内外涉及到开源情报开发利用的文献进行分析,归纳总结其中涉及到哪些技术类因素和信息环境因素,采用系统动力学的方法对各个因素进行仿真模拟以测试不同因素在不同条件下对开源情报开发利用的影响。[结果/结论]从因果关系图来看,"及时获取特定语种的开源情报""完备的技术体系""数据可视化"3个因素都能对开源情报产品的开发和利用产生正向的影响,而且随着测试时间的延长,三者呈现出快速增长的趋势。在进行合理准确度的"背景评估"情况下,选择合适、恰当的搜索引擎,同时快速准确地提取所需要的数据往往能够促进开源情报产品开发更加符合用户的预期;越是能够及时广泛地提取所需要的数据,情报产品开发的可用性以及可行性就越高;选择合理恰当的搜索引擎,不仅能有效进行实物信息搜集,间接促进开源情报产品的开发,而且能够直接促进产品化模式下的开源情报的开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] Analyze the impact of the information environment on the efficient development and utilization of open source intelligence and its products,and provide reference for the better function of open source intelligence products in various fields. [Method/Process] In the study,the literature related to the development and utilization of open source intelligence was analyzed at home and abroad,the technical factors and information environment factors involved were summerized,and the method of system dynamics was used to simulate each factor to test the influence of different factors on the development and utilization of open source intelligence under different conditions. [Result/Conclusion]From the causality diagram,the three factors,namely “timely access to open source intelligence of specific languages”,“complete technical system”and “data visualization”can have a positive impact on the development and utilization of open source intelligence products,and with the extension of testing time,the three factors show a rapid growth trend. In the case of “background assessment” with reasonable accuracy,choosing the right search engine and extracting the required data quickly and accurately can promote the development of open source intelligence products,which is more in line with users’ expectations; The more timely and extensirely data can be extracted,the higher the availability and feasibility of intelligence product development; choosing a reasonable and appropriate search engine can not only effectively collect physical information,indirectly promote the development of open source intelligence products,but also directly promote the development of open source intelligence in the mode of productization.更多还原
