【摘要】 目的 研究FAM83B对舌鳞癌细胞增殖、迁移侵袭和凋亡的影响。方法 FAM83B siRNA转染SCC-9和Cal-27细胞，构建低表达FAM83B的舌鳞癌细胞株作为实验组。利用MTT实验、划痕愈合实验、Ttanswell实验和流式细胞技术来分别评价空白对照组、阴性对照组和实验组细胞的增殖能力、迁移能力、侵袭能力及各组细胞的凋亡情况。结果 MTT实验、划痕愈合实验、Transwell实验和凋亡实验结果表明，敲低FAM83B的舌鳞癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力显著下降，而细胞凋亡率升高，结果具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 敲低FAM83B对舌鳞癌细胞的增殖和迁移侵袭产生抑制的同时对舌鳞癌细胞的凋亡起到促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of FAM83B on proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells. Methods SCC-9 and Cal-27 cells were transfected with FAM83B siRNA to construct tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell lines with low expression of FAM83B as experimental group. MTT method, scratch healing test, Ttanswell test and flow cytometry were used to evaluate the proliferation, migration,invasion and apoptosis of cells in blank control group, negative control group and experimental group. Results The results of MTT test, scratch healing test, Transwell test and apoptosis test showed that the proliferation, migration and invasion of tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells knockdown FAM83B were significantly reduced, The apoptosis rate increased, and the results were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Knocking down FAM83B can inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells and promote the apoptosis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells.更多还原
