基于NB-IoT的纺织车间环境监测系统

【摘要】 一个标准现代化的纺织车间对温度、湿度等环境因素有严格限制,此外,由于原材料的易燃性,火灾隐患也不容小觑。为降低纺织车间发生火灾的风险,减小温湿度对生产效率的影响,设计了一种基于NB-IoT的纺织车间环境监测系统。以纺织车间温湿度及烟雾浓度为采集对象,通过NB-IoT无线传输模块将所采集数据进行远程传输。测试结果表明,系统具有测量精度高、报警响应灵敏、结构简单、低成本、低功耗等特点。该系统为工作人员提供了安全的生产环境,在纺织生产领域具有广泛应用前景。

【Abstract】 There are strict restrictions on enviromental factors such as temperature and humidity in a standard modern textile workshop. In addition, due to the flammability of raw materials, the potential fire hazards should not be underestimated. In order to avoid fire in the textile workshop and reduce the influence of temperature and humidity on production efficiency, a textile workshop environmental monitoring system based on NB-IoT was designed. The temperature, humidity and smoke concentration of textile workshop were taken as the collection objects, and the data were transmitted remotely through NB-IoT wireless transmission module. The test results show that the system has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, sensitive alarm response, simple structure, low cost and low power consumption. The system provides a safe production environment for workers and has a wide application prospect in textile production field.
