基于博途软件的PLC虚拟仿真实验项目的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of PLC Virtual Simulation Experiment Project Based on Portal Software
【摘要】 在PLC课程的教学过程中,实验教学是非常重要的环节。利用西门子博途软件实现PLC虚拟仿真实验项目的设计,在软件平台上实现PLC硬件组态及HMI组态,进行模拟仿真,突破了时间和空间的限制。通过对直观的动画结果展开分析,活跃了课堂教学气氛,拓宽了教学内容,优化了实验教学方法和教学手段,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教学质量。
【Abstract】 In the teaching process of PLC course, experimental teaching is a very important link. The design of PLC virtual simulation experiment project is realized by using Siemens Portal software, PLC hardware configuration and HMI configuration are realized on the software platform, and simulation is carried out, breaking through the limitations of time and space. Through the analysis of intuitive animation results, it enlivens the teaching atmosphere, widens the teaching content, optimizes the experimental teaching methods and teaching means, stimulates students’ learning interest and improves the teaching quality.
