多功能视频处理总线4G-VAC的研究与应用
Research and application of multifunctional video processing bus 4G-VAC
【摘要】 针对油田、军工领域的视频图像总线功能简单、安全性差等问题,文中设计4G-VAC总线并将其应用到基于FPGA的收发器设计上。4G-VAC总线是双向收发的串行总线,其功能通过硬件电路设计、FPGA控制和Verilog语言编程联合实现。基于FPGA的收发器设计由Lattice LFE3-70EA-8FN672C开发板、HDMI输入/输出芯片、音频AD/DA转换电路、串口模块、鼠标键盘模块、红外模块、光纤发送/接收模块构成。实验结果表明,使用4G-VAC总线的FPGA的收发器设计不仅可以传输1 080P@60 Hz视频信号、IIS格式音频信号,还可以传输常用波特率的串口信息、USB鼠标键盘信息和NEC红外信息,同时具有功能可扩展性。使用独立协议还能保证传输过程安全性强、私密性高、同步性好。经市场检验,所设计的4GVAC总线成本低廉、性价比高,在大型油田、国防军工、航空航天等领域有广泛的应用前景和深厚的市场潜力。
【Abstract】 In allusion to the problems of simple function and poor security of video image bus in oil field and military industry,4G-VAC bus is designed and applied to the transceiver design based on FPGA. The 4G-VAC bus is a bidirectional transceiving serial bus,and the functions of the 4G-VAC bus are realized by the combination of hardware circuit design,FPGA control and Verilog language programming. The transceiver design based on FPGA is composed of Lattice LFE3-70EA-8FN672C development board,HDMI input/output chip,audio AD/DA conversion circuit,serial port module,mouse and keyboard module,infrared module and optical fiber transmitting/receiving module. The experimental results show that the FPGA-based transceiver design using 4G-VAC bus can not only transmit 1 080P@60 Hz video signal and IIS format audio signal,but also transmit serial port information with common baud rate,USB mouse and keyboard information and NEC infrared information,and has functional scalability. The application of independent protocol can ensure strong security,high privacy and good synchronization in the transmission process. The results of market testing indicate that the designed 4G-VAC bus has low cost and high cost performance ratio,and has wide application prospect and profound market potential in large oil fields,national defense and military industry,aerospace and other fields.
