基于SS4G电力机车主电路PFC的谐波抑制仿真

【摘要】 为了降低SS4G型电力机车整流调压电路装置中产生的谐波含量,降低行车用电设备的损耗,提高机车在线路运行中的安全稳定性,需要对原电路进行结构改进。经过理论分析,在原有电路的整流调压装置部分接入PFC补偿电路可以抑制谐波含量。基于PSCAD的仿真软件,搭建了有补偿电路和未加补偿电路的仿真模型。在仿真测试中通过变压器一次侧电流傅里叶快速分析,比较了两种情况下电流的谐波含量和电流的输入波形图。从仿真柱状图显示的数据中可以清楚地看到电流谐波含量的百分比:原有电路中以3次谐波为主的奇次谐波中其含量为26.884 8%,PFC补偿电路中以3次谐波为主的奇次谐波中其含量为16.373 8%。依据电流总谐波畸变率的公式,各奇数次谐波含量的平方和的均根值与基波含量的比值可以算出电流总谐波畸变率THDi。原有电路中电流总谐波畸变率是30.021 2%,加入补偿电路后的电流总谐波畸变率是22.733 5%,减小了7.287 7%,电流的总谐波畸变率THDi的数值减小。在仿真实验中得出的结果验证了理论分析的可靠性。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the harmonic content generated in the rectifying and voltage regulating circuit device of SS4G electric locomotive,reduce the loss of driving electrical equipment,and improve the safety and stability of the locomotive in line operation,it is necessary to improve the original circuit structure. It is concluded after theoretical analysis that it is possible to suppress the harmonic content by connecting the PFC(power factor correction) compensation circuit to the rectifying and regulating device of the original circuit. Simulation models with compensation circuit and without compensation circuit are built based on PSCAD simulation software. In the simulation test,by the fast Fourier analysis of the primary side current of the transformer,the harmonic content of the current and its input waveform are contrasted in the two cases. From the data displayed in the simulation histogram,it can be seen clearly the percentage of the current harmonic content. The content of odd harmonics dominated by the third harmonic in the original circuit is 26.884 8%,while that in the PFC compensation circuit is 16.373 8%.According to the formula of the current total harmonic distortion rate(the ratio of the root mean value of the square sum of the odd harmonic content to the fundamental wave content),the current total harmonic distortion rate THDi can be calculated. The current total harmonic distortion rate in the original circuit is 30.021 2%,and the current total harmonic distortion rate after adding the compensation circuit is 22.733 5%,which is decreased by 7.287 7%. It can been seen that the value of the current total harmonic distortion rate THDi decreases. The results obtained in the simulation test has verified the reliability of the theoretical analysis.
