基于可变阻抗靶网的多通道破片测速系统

【摘要】 针对目前接触式靶网测速方法中梳状靶和触发线缆易受爆炸过程中电磁干扰影响的问题,设计了一种基于可变阻抗靶网的多通道破片测速系统。该系统采用可变阻抗靶代替传统梳状靶,以记录破片击中可变阻抗靶造成的阻抗变化为原理忽视铜箔导线多次瞬态通断的影响,用双隔离电源网络对靶网及电路系统分别供电,用光纤触发代替电缆触发,形成了从靶网、触发线到测速装置在爆炸场中的电导线零曝光。此外,该系统采用DDR与FLASH组合的存储结构,有效提高了系统的存储效率和可靠性。经过多次现场静爆破片测速试验验证,测试结果准确清晰,易识别多个破片,测试曲线受电磁干扰影响较小,表明该系统设计方案合理可行,能够满足对不同威力弹药破片的测试需求,为各类破片速度评估提供了一种有效可靠的测试手段。

【Abstract】 In allusion to the problem that the comb target and trigger cable in the current contact target speed measuring method are susceptible to electromagnetic interference during the explosion process,a burst fragment′s multi-channel speed measurement system based on the variable impedance target is designed. In the system,a variable impedance target is adopted instead of the traditional comb target,which ignores the influence of multiple transient on-off of copper foil wires by recording the impedance change caused by the fragments hitting the variable impedance target,uses a dual isolated power network to supply power to the target mesh and circuit system respectively,and replaces the cable trigger with an optical fiber trigger to form zero exposure of the electrical wire from the target and the trigger line to the speed measuring device in the explosion field.In addition,the storage structure combining DDR and FLASH is adopted in the system,which can improve the storage efficiency and reliability of the system effectively. After the verification of several on-site static rupture disc speed tests,the testing results are accurate and clear,and the system is easy to identify multiple fragments and its test curve is less affected by electromagnetic interference. The results show that the system design scheme is reasonable and feasible,which can meet the test requirements of different ammunition burst fragments,and provide an effective and reliable testing method for the evaluation of various types of fragment speed.
