【摘要】 文章以自然资源资产评估为切入点，以广州市麓湖公园、大源村、流溪河国家森林公园等3个森林资源为例，测算出其自然资源资产价值量及其内部结构，对比分析影响自然资源资产价值的因素，并以此为依据提出生态空间规划策略。结果表明，自然资源的资产价值受空间区位、保护利用程度、资源质量等因素影响。文章从自然资源保值增值的角度，提出基于空间区位、保护利用程度、资源质量视角的生态空间规划策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper starts with the evaluation of natural resources assets appraisal and chooses three parks including Luhu park, Dayuan village, and Liuxihe National Forest Park as examples to analyze the value and internal structure of the value for the threeparks. Then the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the appraisal results and proposes the planning strategy of ecological space. Results show that the value of natural resources is af fected by its location, preserving plus usage and quality. Considering the above factors, we propose the planning strategies for ecological space based on the location, preserving plus usage and quality factors aiming at preserving and increasing the value of natural resources.更多还原
