【摘要】 目的：分析损伤控制及护理配合应用于急诊外科腹部损伤中的临床效果。方法：选取2020年11月-2021年7月山东省滨州市滨城区市立医院急诊科收治的96例腹部损伤患者为观察对象，随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，各48例。对照组采用传统手术治疗和常规护理，研究组采用损伤控制手术进行治疗，并给予配套的护理措施，比较两组患者术后各项指标恢复的时间及并发症、死亡率发生情况。结果：术后，研究组患者乳酸清除时间、体温恢复时间、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)恢复时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者的并发症发生率和死亡率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：腹部损伤患者采用损伤控制及护理配合，疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of injury control and nursing cooperation in emergency surgical abdominal injury. Methods: Ninety-six patients with abdominal injuries received in the Department of Emergency, Bincheng District Municipal Hospital of Binzhou City of Shandong Province from November 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the observation objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group used traditional surgical treatment and routine nursing, and the study group used injury control surgery for treatment and received supporting nursing measures. The recovery time of various indicators after surgery, the complications and mortality in the two groups were compared. Results: After surgery, the lactic acid clearance time, body temperature recovery time, prothrombin(PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications and mortality in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Injury control and nursing cooperation have significant efficacy in patients with abdominal injury.更多还原
