【摘要】 目的：探讨视网膜静脉阻塞采用复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃体注射抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2021年1月江门市人民医院收治的视网膜静脉阻塞患者196例为观察对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各98例。对照组给予玻璃体注射抗VEGF药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组患者中医证候积分、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、视网膜中央黄斑厚度(CMT)及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗3个月，两组中医证候积分均降低，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗3个月，两组患者BCVA值均升高，CMT值均降低，且观察组BCVA值高于对照组，CMT值低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗期间两组均未出现不良反应。结论：复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃体注射抗VEGF药物治疗视网膜静脉阻塞，可改善患者CMT值，提高患者的视力，减轻临床症状，安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with vitreous injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) drugs in the treatment of retinal vein obstruction. Methods: A total of 196 patients with retinal vein obstruction treated in the People’s Hospital of Jiangmen from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the observation objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital number table method,with 98 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vitreous injection of anti-VEGF drugs, and the observation group was treated with Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on the basis of the control group. The TCM syndrome score, best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), central macular thickness(CMT) of retina and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After 3 months of treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was decreased, the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); After 3 months of treatment, the BCVA value in the two groups was increased, the CMT value in the two groups was decreased, the BCVA value in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the CMT value in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); During the treatment, no adverse reactions occurred in two groups. Conclusion:The combined treatment of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule and vitreous injection of anti-VEGF drugs for retinal vein obstruction can improve the CMT value, increase the vision, alleviate clinical symptoms and have high safety.更多还原
