【摘要】 目的：探究对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者运用手术与保守治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年2月阳谷县中医院收治的100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组行保守治疗，观察组行手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况、临床症状及疼痛改善情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各临床症状积分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)、言语反应(VRS)、现实疼痛强度量表(PPI)评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用手术治疗，能够提高治疗效果，减少并发症的发生，明显改善其临床症状和疼痛情况，具有较高的治疗有效性和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of surgery and conservative treatment in elderly patients with femoralintertrochanteric fractures. Methods: A total of 100 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures who were admitted toYanggu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjectsand divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received conservative treatment, while the observation group received surgical treatment. The treatment effect,incidence of complications, clinical symptoms and pain improvement were compared between the two groups. Results: The totaleffective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the Visual Analog Scale(VAS), VerbalResponse Scale(VRS), and Present Pain Intensity Scale(PPI) scores in the observation group were lower than those in the controlgroup, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Surgical treatment of elderly patients with femoralintertrochanteric fracture can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the occurrence of complications, and significantly improvetheir clinical symptoms and pain.
