【摘要】 目的：调查某肾病综合征病例发病是否为注射疫苗所引起。方法：对病例开展个案调查，收集生产企业、接种方、受种方相关资料；组成市级预防接种异常反应调查诊断专家组开展调查诊断，作出诊断意见。结果：接种方儿童2020年9月18日约10:00接种无细胞百白破联合疫苗和麻腮风联合减毒活疫苗，观察30 min后无异常。先后在2所医院住院治疗，主要诊断为原发性肾病综合征。疫苗质量合格，疫苗接种符合技术标准和规程。市级AEFI调查诊断意见为不属于预防接种异常反应。结论：受种方儿童接种疫苗后发生的肾病综合征与疫苗接种无关，属于AEFI偶合症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate whether a case of nephrotic syndrome was caused by injection of vaccine. Methods: The case investigation was carried out to collect relevant information of manufacturers, vaccinator and recipient; A municipal expert panel on adverse events following immunization was formed to conduct an investigation and give a diagnosis opinion. Results: The child was inoculated with acellular DTP combined vaccine and MMR combined live attenuated vaccine at 10:00 on September 18, 2020,and no abnormality was observed within 30 minutes. The case was hospitalized successively in two hospitals with primary diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome. The vaccines were qualified, the vaccination was compliant with the technical standards and procedures.Diagnosis opinion by the municipal expert panel on adverse events following immunization was that it was not abnormal reaction of vaccination. Conclusion: The nephrotic syndrome of children after vaccination is not related to vaccination and it is coupled to AEFI.更多还原
