【摘要】 目的：探讨蒙脱石散联合双歧三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年10月泰安市宁阳县第一人民医院收治的88例腹泻患儿作为研究对象，采用数字双盲分组法为观察组和对照组，各44例。对照组采用单用蒙脱石散治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联用双歧三联活菌片，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组发热消退时间、呕吐缓解时间、腹胀/腹痛缓解时间、大便性状正常时间和粪便常规正常时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗，观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD4~+/CD8~+、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻效果良好，可在短时间内改善患儿的症状并恢复免疫功能，方法值得借鉴并推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with Bifid Triple Viable tablets in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:88 children with diarrhea in the First People’ s Hospital of Ningyang County of Taian City from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by digital double blind grouping method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder alone,and the observation group was treated with Bifid Triple Viable tablets on the basis of montmorillonite powder.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of fever subsidence,vomiting relief,abdominal distension/abdominal pain relief,normal stool character and normal stool routine test in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the markedly effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4~+/CD8~+,immunoglobulin A(IgA) and immunoglobulin G(IgG) in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montmorillonite powder combined with Bifid Triple Viable tablets has a good effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea,which can improve the symptoms and restore the immune function in a short time.The method is worthy of reference and promotion.更多还原
