【摘要】 目的：分析院前急救联合院内急救对于高血压脑出血(HCH)的救治效果。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年1月北京急救中心收治的HCH患者共82例。用随机法分为试验组与对照组，试验组41例采取院前急救联合院内急救治疗，对照组41例采取院内急救治疗。对比救治效果。结果：试验组的救治总有效率高于对照组，急救反应时间短于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；随访1年，试验组的生活能力与运动功能评分高于对照组，神经功能评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：为HCH患者采取院前与院内急救能够提高生存率，缩短急救反应时间，且能改善功能指标，安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the treatment effect of pre-hospital emergency plus in-hospital emergency on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH). Methods: From January 2019 to January 2020, a total of 82 patients with HCH admitted to Beijing Emergency Medical Center were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The 41 patients in experimental group were treated with pre-hospital emergency plus in-hospital emergency, and 41 patients in control group were treated with in-hospital emergency. The treatment effect was compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group, the emergency response time was shorter than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after 1-year follow-up, the scores of living ability and motor function of experimental group were higher than those of control group, the score of neurological function was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the complication rate in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency treatment for HCH patients can improve survival rate, shorten emergency response time, improve functional indicators, and have high safety.更多还原
