【摘要】 目的：观察2940点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：选取2020年5月-2021年5月荆门市皮肤病防治院收治的凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者60例，随机分为对照组与试验组，各30例。对照组患者使用2940点阵激光治疗，试验组患者使用2940点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗。比较两组患者疼痛状况、脱痂时长、痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)、生活质量、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果：对凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者治疗后，试验组患者的疼痛状况、脱痂时长、ECCA权重评分、生活质量均优于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者治疗时，使用2940点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗能够减轻患者疼痛、缩短脱痂时间、减少ECCA权重评分、提升生活水平、提高临床疗效、降低不良反应发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of 2940 fractional laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment in treating depressed acne scars. Methods: From May 2020 and May 2021, 60 patients with depressed acne scar treated in Jingmen Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with 2940 fractional laser and the patients in the experimental group were treated with 2940 fractional laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment. The pain status, duration of scab removal, acne scar weighting score(ECCA), quality of life, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment of patients with depressed acne scars, the pain status, duration of scab removal,ECCA weighting score, and the quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with depressed acne scars, the use of 2940 fractional laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment can reduce the patient’s pain, shorten the time of scab removal, reduce the ECCA weighting score, improve living standards,improve clinical efficacy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.更多还原
