【摘要】 目的：评价南宁市社区严重精神障碍患者健康知识知晓情况。方法：采用随机抽样的方法，在南宁市区内抽取条件相近的2个城区的159个恢复期严重精神障碍患者进行问卷调查并对这些结果进行分析。结果：心理健康素养知识调查问卷总得分平均(18.97±6.46)分。总知晓率为48.42%。不同性别状况患者的知晓率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同影响因素如婚姻、文化程度、年龄、病程患者的知晓率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：南宁市社区严重精神障碍患者健康素养知识水平较低，患者对抑郁症的识别能力较差，对强迫症和阳性症状为主的精神分裂症的识别能力较好。患者的心理健康素养可能受婚姻、年龄、文化程度和病程的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the health knowledge awareness of patients with severe mental disorders in Nanning community.Methods: By random sampling, 159 patients with severe mental disorders at convalescence stage were selected from two urban areas in Nanning with similar sampling conditions, and their questionnaire results were analyzed. Results: The total average score of mental health literacy knowledge questionnaire was(18.97±6.46) points. The total awareness rate was 48.42%. There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of patients with different genders(P>0.05). The awareness rate of patients with different factors such as marriage, education level, age and course of disease was significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with severe mental disorders in Nanning community have a low level of health literacy knowledge, poor ability to identify depression,and good ability to identify schizophrenia with obsessive-compulsive disorder and positive symptoms. Patients’ mental health literacy may be influenced by their marriage, age, education level and course of disease.更多还原
