超声智能化诊断技术联合弹性成像在鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节中的价值

【摘要】 目的:探究对甲状腺良恶性结节借助超声智能化诊断(S-Detect技术)与联合弹性成像(SWE)技术联合应用于临床鉴别诊断的实际价值。方法:选取2019年9月-2021年12月在湖北省麻城市人民医院实施甲状腺肿块超声检查,并实施穿刺或手术的87例患者,作为探究对象,对入选患者分别进行SWE技术检查、S-Detect技术检查及两者联合检查,并分为SWE组、智能组及联合组,观察三种检查方法对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断符合率。比较三种检查方法对患者良恶性结节鉴别诊断的一致性、灵敏度及特异度。结果:联合组对患者的鉴别诊断价值更高,其对良恶性结节的鉴别诊断的灵敏度为91.80%,诊断特异度为92.30%,与其他两组相比,联合组的检查方式更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:S-Detect技术联合SWE技术在甲状腺良恶性结节中具有较高的诊断价值,两者联合可提高诊断结果的特异性和灵敏度,能为临床甲状腺结节良恶性程度提供较好的诊断依据。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the practical value of ultrasound intelligent diagnosis(S-Detect technology) combined with shear wave elastography(SWE) in the clinical differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods: A total of 87patients who underwent ultrasonography for thyroid mass and received puncture or surgery in Macheng People’s Hospital of Hubei Province from September 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects. The included patients received SWE examination,S-Detect technology examination and joint examination, and were divided into SWE group, intelligent group and joint group. The diagnostic compliance rates of benign and malignant thyroid nodules by three examination methods were observed. The consistency,sensitivity and specificity of the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules by three examination methods were compared. Results: The differential diagnosis value was the highest in the patients of joint group, the sensitivity and specificity of the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules were 91.80% and 92.30%, respectively. Compared with the other two groups, the examination method in joint group was more advantageous, and the difference showed statistical significance between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: S-Detect technology and SWE technology have high diagnostic value in the benign and malignant thyroid nodules. The combination of the two can improve the specificity and sensitivity of the diagnostic results and provide a good diagnostic basis for the severity of benign and malignant thyroid nodules in clinics.
