【摘要】 目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者白内障术后发生黄斑水肿(ME)的相关因素。方法：选取2017年6月-2020年6月行白内障超声乳化联合折叠式人工晶体植入术(PHACO+IOL)的2型糖尿病患者226例(226只眼)；收集患者临床资料，分析术后发生ME的相关因素。结果：患者性别、体重指数(BMI)、术前空腹血糖与术后发生ME无关，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；是否有高脂血症、是否有高血压、是否有糖尿病视网膜病变、是否有胰岛素治疗、年龄、糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白是术后发生ME的相关影响因素，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。合并糖尿病视网膜病变、合并高血压、合并高脂血症、糖尿病病程长、糖化血红蛋白>7%是术后发生ME的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论：合并糖尿病视网膜病变、合并高血压、合并高脂血症、病程长、糖化血红蛋白高于7%是术后发生ME的独立危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the related factors of macular edema(ME) in patients with type 2 diabetes after cataract surgery.Methods: From June 2017 to June 2020, 226 T2 DM patients(226 eyes) who underwent phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation(PHACO+IOL) were selected. The clinical data of patients were collected and the related factors of postoperative ME were analyzed. Results: The patient’s gender, body mass index(BMI), preoperative fasting blood glucose were not related to the occurrence of postoperative ME, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Whether there was hyperlipidemia, whether there was hypertension, whether there was diabetic retinopathy, whether there was insulin treatment, age,diabetes duration, glycosylated hemoglobin were related factors of postoperative ME, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Combined diabetic retinopathy, combined hypertension, combined hyperlipidemia, long course of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin > 7% were independent risk factors for postoperative ME(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined diabetic retinopathy,combined hypertension, combined hyperlipidemia, long course of disease, glycosylated hemoglobin higher than 7% are independent risk factors for postoperative ME.更多还原
