【摘要】 目的：分析浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的临床特点，并观察临床不同治疗方法的效果。方法：2016年10月-2020年10月收治浆细胞乳腺炎患者120例，对其临床资料实施回顾性分析，对临床特点进行分析；根据治疗方法不同，将患者分别纳入中药组、手术组、手术+中药组，对临床效果进行对比和分析。结果：手术+中药组治疗总有效率明显高于手术组和中药组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；手术组和中药组治疗总有效率基本一致，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。手术+中药组乳房肿痛消失、住院时间比其他两组短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；中药组乳房外形满意度高于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；手术+中药组复发率显著低于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：针对浆细胞性乳腺炎患者，以临床特点为依据选择治疗方式，尤其是手术联合中药治疗，可促进临床疗效提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with plasma cell mastitis, and to observe the effects of different clinical treatment methods. Methods: From October 2016 to October 2020, 120 patients with plasma cell mastitis were treated. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical characteristics were analyzed. According to different treatment methods, the patients were included into the traditional Chinese medicine group, the surgery group, and the surgery +traditional Chinese medicine group, with 40 cases in each group. The clinical effects were compared and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the surgery + traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the surgery group and the traditional Chinese medicine group, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the total effective rate in the surgery group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was basically the same, and the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. The breast swelling and pain disappearance time and hospital stay in the surgery + traditional Chinese medicine group were shorter than those in the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the breast shape satisfaction in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the recurrence rate in the surgery + traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion: For patients with plasma cell mastitis, choosing treatment methods based on clinical characteristics, especially surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, can promote the improvement of clinical efficacy.更多还原
