【摘要】 目的:探究内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎治疗的护理配合方法。方法:选取内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎治疗的患者98例,随机分为两组。一组实施常规护理,视为对照组;一组实施护理配合,视为观察组,在护理结束后,将两组各项指标进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组在护理满意度、并发症的比较中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组在躯体、心理和社会功能以及物质生活评分的对比中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将护理配合用于内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎治疗中,能够将治疗效果得以提升,并且能够降低术后并发症风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the nursing cooperation method of endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation. Methods: A total of 98 patients with endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation were selected and randomly divided into two groups. One group receiving routine nursing was regarded as the control group; the other group receiving nursing cooperation was regarded as the observation group. After the nursing was completed, the indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: There were statistically significant differences in nursing satisfaction and complications between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05); there were statistically significant differences in the physical, psychological and social functions, and material life scores between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of nursing care in the treatment of esophageal varices under endoscopy can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.更多还原
