【摘要】 针对我国农村居民点分布散乱、无序、土地资源紧张等问题，不少学者已经对农村居民点进行了研究，但研究结果相对独立，缺乏系统整合。本文采用文献分析法，从农村居民点优化理论、分布特征、影响因素、研究方法及优化模式五方面对农村居民点优化研究进行归纳，分析当前研究中可能存在的不足，以及对未来研究方向和内容的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the scattered and disordered distribution of rural settlements and the shortage of land resources, many scholars have studied rural settlements, but the research results are relatively independent and lack of systematic integration. This paper adopts the literature analysis method, and summarizes the research on the optimization of rural residential area from five aspects of the optimization theory of rural settlements, distribution characteristics, influencing factors, research methods, and the optimization model. It analyzes the possible deficiencies in the current research and the enlightenment to the future research direction and content.更多还原
