【摘要】 目的 总结柴胡化学成分及药理作用的研究进展，为柴胡的质量控制及临床应用提供依据。方法 查阅有关柴胡化学成分及药理作用的文献，并进行归纳、总结。结果 柴胡中含有皂苷、挥发油、黄酮、多糖、炔类以及微量元素等成分，具有抗肿瘤、抗抑郁症、抗纤维化、降血脂、肝肺损伤保护等作用。结论 柴胡化学成分和药理作用的研究已取得一定进展，但对于成分-药效-毒性的关系还需更深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Radix Bupleuri, and to provide basis for quality control and clinical application of Radix Bupleuri.Methods The literatures about chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Radix Bupleuri were reviewed and summarized.Results There are saponins, volatile oil, flavonoids, polysaccharides, alkynes and trace elements in Radix Bupleuri, which have the effects of anti-tumor, anti-depression, anti-fibrosis, lowering blood lipid, liver and lung injury protection.Conclusion Some progress has been made in the study of chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Radix Bupleuri, but the relationship between composition, pharmacodynamics and toxicity needs further study.更多还原
